About the event
Dispose of expired or unwanted prescription and over-the-counter medications. The service is free and anonymous.
When: Saturday, April 22, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Where: Jackson Township Fire Station, 3650 Hoover Road
Pay attention to potential health hazards and safety issues; dispose of medications in a safe and environmentally protective manner.
Accepted medications: prescription, over-the-counter and pet medications in pill, powder or patch form. All medications should be placed in a clear, sealed bag.
Not accepted: Needles, lancets, syringes, inhalers, aerosols, liquids, creams and pastes.
